I would say that if Smith were playing for the Patriots instead of Brady, he would be at least a top 10 rated QB if not top 5. Its a lot easier to make your reads when you have time to make them. Its also a lot easier to make completions when you have receivers that can actually catche the ball. ESPN seems to recognize this, even if 9er fans can't.
