I'm not so sure about the force out rule being taken away. It may not be a big deal overall, but it might hurt the 2 minute drives. We've all seen a number of situations where the receiver obviously would have come down in bounds. Maybe they should allow for a one foot down rule when the receiver is hit - or maybe that might cause more problems.
