for their 2 - 2nd round picks #56 and 60.
Would give Niners 3 2nd round picks.
Niners might find Groves still there at #39 and then they could get Nicks(or Rachal) and Dre Moore DT later in 2nd round.
If Groves gone at #39, then pick up Avril in lower 2nd and use #39 on Lofton.
