I think there is a 95% chance he doesn't fall to #29, but if he is there do you have to take him?

I just want to see instant playmakers coming from this draft. If we can get guys that can contribute ASAP that will help this team. We don't need to draft projects/tweeners or guys who have potential. I believe that Jackson will instantly give us a Devin Hester type returner and obviously a WR that can stretch the defense (ala Torry Holt in Martz Rams system).
