The 6-3, 225 Bowman ran a 4.75 at his pro day. he also got in trouble with the law. Rumors were if he was timed in the 4.5 range he would be no lower than a 2nd rounder. Now his character and time is against him. The Niners could still steal him in the 5th round and that would be a good value pick.
