I don't think either of their starting wr's can be counted on past this year and it seems unlikely their replacements are currently on the roster. The problem is historically, rookie wr's take awhile to develop so even if they draft one next year, they will have to sign another fa wr as well.
I am not sure what they will end up doing with Vernon Davis. The offense has been horrible, so it is hard to judge his abilities. Will they know enough before he becomes a free agent? Will they sign him to a big contract?
Jonas Jennings is probably gone after this year and the only other player that can play tackle is the starting guard. They will probably need to use a high draft pick on OT next year.
If the 49ers don't do well this year, it will probably will be do to lack of offensive production. Nolan and Martz will not be back in that case and Alex Smith might not either, depending on how badly he plays and his contract. It will be harder to attract free agents with a team in flux. Also, they spent some time getting players to fit the 34. Hopefully a new coach will not want to convert back.
