Martz is going to give Smith what Turner was trying to build. There will definetly be improvement in Smith's game this year. The only question is how much. Unless Smith falls flat on his face in the pre-season, there is no way he doesn't get a chance to be the QB for one more year. You don't invest that type of money in a QB and not know for sure if he is a bust or not. The jury is still out.
