The guy doesn't have an average arm (below average). He has already made two bonehead passes for interceptions in 4 quarters of play. Has not really shown me anything to deserve the starting role. If we are going to give up on Smith for JT, it blows my mind. I can understand if JT comes in and lights the place on fire, but he's far from even ligthing a glow stick. Nolan is trying to save his job and if JT can give them a win more than Smith? Nolan takes it. Plus we all know that this was a Webber/Nellie deal. So Nolan stays and Smith is done no matter what. Of course Smith isn't a Webber talent so Nolan can bench Smith without stiring up the pot too much.
