Rookie year? Montana hardly played his rookie year and Smith was dumped in there. Stupid on Nolan's part. Year 2, he worked under Norv Turner and showed some improvement. Year 3? forget it.

J.T. O'Sullivan has had 8 years and shown that he has a weak arm and does stupid things when he's in there. He apparently hasn't learned much. He will suck. And Hill, who did a good job playing with an injury last year hasn't even been given a chance. The sign him to a $6 million contract and that's it? Either way - stupid.
