I have been watching football for 40+ years and cannot remember any QB that has succeeded under those conditions, let alone have below average personnel for most of the time.

His career to date reminds me a lot of Jim Plunkett early in his career. Stuck on horrible teams with horrible coaching. If he does go to a another team, I hope its a good one for his sake.
