Mission statement isn't show improvement this year. After last year's horrible season, where they were inches away from going just 1 - 15, they have to show some major improvement in Nolan's fourth? year. He needs to have at least a 9-7 record and or make the playoffs to keep his job IMO. Even then, it's borderline. If JT starts the season, he's going way out on a limb keeping Smith and Hill on the sidelines after the team gave them both a lot of money this offseason, handing the reigns to a scrub.
