If he heals completely, some team will absolutely take a chance on him. If his confidence hasn't been completely destroyed by Nolan and company, he just needs to find a good program with a competent coaching staff that won't turn over their offensive coordinator every year, where he's allowed to learn and grow before being thrown on the field. He absolutely could rebound and become a decent starter.
