I agree. Bottom line, I don't like his defensive philosophy and I don't think the players like it either. Plus the guy sugar coats everything. Listening to him, the bar is set so low for this team, regardless if it actually is or not, that's what he communicates. He never says, "today, we played like crap". He's always finding a silver lining. It always seems too warm and fuzzy.
