1. 18-35. Do I have to say more than that?

2. He has no guts on offense. He'd kick a field goal on first down if he could get away with it.

3. The way he handled Alex Smith is a crying shame. I'm not sure how good Smith could have been, but in the hands of a coach who knew what he was doing, I think he could have been decent at least. Nolan threw Smith out there before he was ready, didn't listen to him when he was hurt, and badmouthed him to the players in the locker room. It was totally unprofessional.

4. Hey Mike, ever heard of a second-half adjustment? How many times has this team led at the half only to fall apart in the third quarter? This is one of the most important jobs an NFL coach has, and Nolan can't do it.

5. His clock management is atrocious. I used to think it was Smith who was calling so many time-outs at odd times, but we've seen the trend continue with JTO under center. It really handcuffs the team at the end of a half when they're low on time-outs.

6. With a few exceptions (Gore and Willis being the most obvious), his draft picks haven't really impressed me. His record in the first round has been especially spotty. This only drops to #6 because Scotty Mac probably deserves some of the blame.

7. I'm tired of being teased with the 3-4 every year. Either get the personnel to make it work or go to the 4-3 and be done with it. Nolan has had plenty of time to get a 3-4 defense together but he seems to be unable to do it.

8. Everyone knows football games are won and lost on the line, but Mike doesn't seem to understand this. This team gives up too many sacks and doesn't defend the run well enough, and both of those problems go directly to the line.

9. It's obvious he's a crappy motivator. One of the more obvious signs of this is the team's terrible record after a bye week, when a coach has had extra time to elevate his players to achieve. We always seem to lose those games.

10. I've heard way too many stories about Nolan micromanaging the team to believe there isn't some truth in it. The fact that he keeps losing offensive coordinators is probably a symptom of that.

That's my top 10. I encourage you to add your own. I'm sure there are more than 10 things to dislike about the guy.
