I was so stoked when they hired the guy. Listening to him speak about restoring the glory and his regimented approach seemee exactly like what we needed.

I slowly turned on him, due to bad game and clock management, and seemingly inability to adjust, whether during a game or after to address obvious deficiencies. add in things like clock mis-management and inability to accurately throw (and not throw) the red flag, it became like a train-wreck every week.

That being said, he seems like a quality person, and I'm sorry that it didn't go the way i thought it would...
