and maybe we should pursue him. And if Carroll left USC to be SF's HC, he'd be reunited w/ Cassell (see link below). Add that to hiring Holmgren as GM and demoting McCloughan (who worked w/ Holmgren in Seattle) and that's already a good start to making improvements.

Of course, things could stay the same and Singletary may be our HC next season, too, which I won't be upset about. Just gotta wonder if Martz will take it personally that he's still an OC. IMO, I hope he stays, we just need a better QB, JTO is not the long-term solution.
