1) he still hasn't fixed the horrible communcation problem the niners have had all year regarding the booth/clock management and close replays. yes they got a bad spot, but spike the damn ball and call another play.

2) he's still the head coach and he still allowed michael robinson to get the ball with the game on the line, he still was a part of the worst 3 minute drill in history, he still blamed Martz after the game, and he still hasn't won anything.

so i'm optimistic, but i'm not going to start praising him quite yet. the racism thing is ridiculous too. the niners have been awful and coach has looked silly a couple of times early, radio hosts feed off that no matter who is coaching.
