Get rid of Mark Roman, Go with Mays/Goldson as the Safeties, both can cover, run and HIT. Excellent Playmakers..I like Michael Lewis as a Lb in a Nickel situation or that Big Sub package they love running, but not as a starter.

Dont bring back Walt Harris...Clements, Spencer, Brown, Strickland and Smith are more than enough.

Bring back Allen Rossum, dude is a gamechanger

3. Sign Tj Houshmanzadeh, Tj/Morgan as the starters with Battle/Hill behind them

4. Bring back Norv after he gets fired, let Alex and Hill battle it out, but with Hill as the starter going in.
