Singletary needs to delegate offensive duties. Allowing the OC to pick as much of his staff as possible should increase the attractiveness of the position.

I think it's already gonna be tough to get a proven OC. Singletary is green as hell and not an X's and O's guy. Doesn't seem like a great situation if I'm an established coach. Now he's gonna pick my assistants?
