Past that you're looking at defense. Maybe a pass rusher like Everette Brown or Orakpo, or a corner like Jenkins. Mays might have been an option but he's returning to USC.
Drafting a can't miss QB is impossible anywhere in the draft. Even Peyton Manning was not a slam dunk, he could never win the big game in college and some teams preferred Ryan Leaf. I'd say Eli Manning was more of a sure thing after Peyton's success, but he is just an average NFL QB.
This doesn't mean they should draft a QB this year, but they shouldn't necessarily disqualify a QB if they really like him.
