Maybe yes, maybe no. They could do it if the niners also swapped a later round pick.

Theoretically, if this happened, I would love to get Michael Oher or Andre Smith at #12, and then get Ray Maualuga at #18. MAN...PWillis with Maualuga for the next 8+ years in the middle? Brutal!
