You have all these resources invested in studs on the outside just itching to get the ball, and yet they can't because the QB isn't good enough and the OC isn't creative enough.

Whatever success we had last year with the passing game (especially late in the year) was 90% Martz. That's why I don't buy the extrapolations that the passing game will continue to improve. It will take a big step back this year, and I suspect we'll see a bunch of frustrated WRs on this team.
