The guy may never be a stud QB, but he was never given a fair chance. I know in the NFL and in life...things are never fair. However, if Smith is given a fair chance, I believe he can be a better QB than Shaun Hill. I guess this pre-season will be Smith's chance to show he's still a potential good QB.
