Highly recruited out of high school...once he got to UNC, slacked off for three years...then finally got "motivated" as a senior, just in time for the NFL draft.

I expect he'll do the same in the NFL: play like crap until it's time for a new contract. That means 2 more years of a lackluster Balmer.
