It's a safe bet that one of the first-rounders (probably #13) will be an o-lineman. O-line is a huge need and they're not going to get help in FA.
So the question remains: what happens at #16/17? It seems totally up in the air right now.
(1) Double-up on o-linemen: depending on their draft-day rankings, a guy like Bulaga/Campbell/Iupati might be good value at #16/17. Using both of our first-rounders on the o-line might seem excessive, but this draft is deep in first-round o-linemen and the Niners desperately need help along the front.
(2) Pick the BAP: some other possibilities at #16/17 are safety Earl Thomas (although I'd prefer getting veterans in the secondary at this point), speed-backs C.J. Spiller (if he drops) or Jahvid Best (if he rises), pass-rushers Sergio Kindle or Jerry Hughes (depending on their combines), or d-linemen like Dan Williams and Jared Odrick.
(3) Trade down: if they don't see good value at #16/17, they could pick up an extra third-rounder by moving down into end of the first round. They could still pick up a future starter and add some depth.
