They've been very patient with him, and it's finally beginning to pay dividends. He's got outstanding physical attributes, and showed brief glimpses of pass-rushing ability last season. And they've also got Lawson and Haralson to provide solid veteran presence on the outside.

Also the fact that they racked up impressive sack numbers last season (surprised me, actually) probably obviates the need for immediate pass-rush help, in their minds.

And the fact that they passed on Everette Brown last year is also a clue that they don't consider pass-rushers to be an immediate priority.

Anyhow, as much as I'd like to see an impact-player pass-rusher, I'm not getting my hopes up anytime soon.
