He's fast but not strong. If you want one of your ILBs to be a rangy playmaker like Willis, the other pretty much has to be a thumper. I guess they could lock him in the weight room and get him to bulk up, but why go to all that trouble to make him change his game, when you could just draft an ILB? It doesn't make much sense to me.
