I'd be fine with that outcome... even if it meant no football in the bay area for one year. York sucks. Teams can, occasionally, overcome shitty ownership, but it doesn't happen often.

unfortunately, the NFL already has 32 teams. With the Raiders in the mix and Al Davis generally being a pain in the ass, it might take a while for football to come back to SF.
